The Body Shred workout is a 30 minute total body class that incorporates elements of basic boxing and kickboxing strikes on the innovative, one of a kind G-1000 machines, functional body weight exercises, heart pumping music and coach led motivation! Each Body Shred workout consist of a 6 minute warm up, 21 minutes of circuit training, and a 3 minute cool down delivering a consistent and effective workout, each and every time.

Pilates-Barre is definitely about the booty…but it’s So Much more than that! We like to think of it as “standing pilates”. Everything initiates from the powerhouse (your core) and then works it’s way into every muscle of your body. This is a Total Body workout. We may use balls, bands, circles, weights, blocks, and anything else to assist, challenge, or change an exercise. We like to combine our barre classes with pilates equipment to keep things interesting!
