Kangoo is a cardio jumps class. Participants wear boots (similar to ski boots) which are used as a sort of “shock absorption” to decrease the amount of impact significantly. Therefore, allowing people with minor knee issues and other physical concerns related to jumping to participate in this class. It is a fun, energetic, challenging workout. It is guaranteed to bring back the kid in you and It is impossible NOT to smile the entire time! YOU DO NOT NEED BOOTS! We have them for you. Those of you that already know the benefits of using your core through Pilates will appreciate this class more than anyone!
